Flange Leveler 1 Removing waviness and coil set of cut strips up to 25mm thick and 800mm wide prior to further processing in flange or cut to length lines
Flange Processing Line 1 Purpose built line with tack welding, hydraulic punching and plasma cutting stations to splice, punch connection holes and cut to flanges prior to assembly on the beam welding line
Flange Splice Line 1 Butt welding of flanges using very reliable submerged arc welding process
Pull Through Beam Welding Line 1 The heart of any high volume PEB operation, this line has stations for Web Splicing (butt welds using submerged arc process), Tack Assembly of flanges and webs together and Main Welding (high speed fillet welding using submerged arc process) to produce parallel and tapered welded H-beams. This line has 2 Main Welders and a Turning Fixture to efficiently process beams that need the flange to web joints to be fillet welded on both sides of the web (double side welding).
Submerged Arc Tractor Welders 2 Used to butt splice welding and longitudinal flange to web fillet welding of plates and welded beams that cannot be processed efficiently through the main Pull Through Beam Welding Line
H-beam Flange Straightener 1 Removal of flange distortion/rotation along the web axis
Stick Welding Machines 8 Used to tack weld components together in various fitting stations prior to further welding
Multi-process MIG Welding Machines 14 Semi-automatic wire fed and gas shielded welding machines to fully weld components into various assemblies ready for surface finishing and shipping. Also fitted with carbon arc gouging electrode holders for metal removal for weld joint preparation.
